잘 나가는 미국 경제, GDP 2년 만에 최고성장률...

[글로벌이코노믹 김재희 기자] 미국 경제가 잘나가고 있다.

미국 경제 전문방송인 CNBC는 27일 미국의 국내총생산(GDP) 실질성장률이 올 3분기에 연율 기준 3% 이상 성장했을 수도 있다고 전망했다.
이 조사는 CNBC가 무디스 어낼리틱스와 함께 작성하고 있는 래피드업데이트에 따른 것이다.

한편 미국 상무부는 미국 현지 시간 기준 28일 3분기 GDP를 발표한다.

경제성장을 요소별로 보면 무역의 기여율이 가장 높았다.

미국의 상품수지 적자가 가파르게 줄어들면서 성장률 증가로 이어지고 있다는 것이다.

미국의 9월 상품수지 적자는 전월보다 5.2% 감소한 561억 달러로 집계됐다.

미국의 경제성장률은 지난해 3분기 이후 2%를 넘긴 적이 없다.
한편 애틀랜타 연준의 전망에서는 2%대의 성장이 예상되고 있다.

미국 대선에서 크럼프와 힐러리가 막장대결을 벌여도 경제는 순항하고 있다.

The growth rate of real gross domestic product (GDP) is a key indicator of economic activity, but the official estimate is released with a delay. Our GDPNow forecasting model provides a "nowcast" of the official estimate prior to its release.

The GDPNow model forecast for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the third quarter of 2016 is 2.0 percent on October 19, up from 1.9 percent on October 14. The forecast of third-quarter real federal government expenditures growth increased from -0.1 percent to 0.3 percent after Friday afternoon's Monthly Treasury Statement from the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
